My name is Zdravko Maric, I am FIFA licensed manager for football players from Bosnia and Herzegovina . Number of my license which was issued to me by Bosnia and Herzegovina Football Federation is 027. I established agency for sports management Gamma Mostar, with wide network of scouts and assistants that search for young and talented players in Ex Yugoslav republics. We have good connections with agencies in Africa and in Europe. Our Agency's primary goal is to help young and talented players from Bosnia and Herzegovina to develop into players of top class, by helping them to find suitable clubs in which they will grow professionally and mentally so they are prepared to give their best in each game and in every training.  We decided to offer to clubs new way of testing our young players. If club is interested in our young talent, they can take him on a loan for one year, club has to pay his living expenses and small monthly fee to agency. When loan expires Club can decide whether they will sign long term contract with the player or they can let him leave the club. Club that signed player on loan has the priority to sign the contract with the player when the loan expires if there is a offer from other club.
