ABOUT AGENCY
Gamma Sports Agency was established by Mr. Zdravko Maric, NS BiH licensed manager for football players from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Agency was established to promote young and talented players from Bosnia and Herzegovina and republics of Ex Yugoslavia.
With our wide network of scouts and coaches who are involved in this job in all levels, we can provide clubs with scouting services and, make recommendations for the clubs which are interested in players from our region.
We also have strong links with agencies from Africa and Russia, and many countries from Europe.
Our primary goal is to help young and talented players from Bosnia and Herzegovina to develop into players of top class, by helping them to find suitable clubs in which they will grow professionally and mentally so they are prepared to give their best in each game and in every training. We are not driven purely by the potential financial rewards of Soccer Agent but also by our innate love for the game of football.
The discovery and promotion of young talents is also one of the main aims of this agency, providing them with careful career planning in what is practically a family atmosphere.
We decided to offer to clubs new way of testing our young players. If club is interested in our young talent, they can take him on a loan for one year (or shorter period), club has to pay his living expenses and small monthly fee to agency. When loan expires Club can decide whether they will sign long term contract with the player or they can let him leave the club.
Club that signed player on loan has the priority to sign the contract with the player when the loan expires if there is a offer from other club. With this arrangement there is minimum risk with low costs for the Club and in same time our player gets international experience and chance to develop his skills on a higher level.
